Dr. Shelby received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Colorado State University in 2010. She then worked in two small animal practices in Las Cruces, NM where she saw many cases as the emergency veterinarian prior to the opening of Advanced Veterinary Care. Dr. Shelby is not currently practicing; due to the events of the year and schools closing, she is now a full-time mom to her and Dr. Britton’s sons. When she’s not doting on her sons, she’s spoiling their two cats and two dogs.
